Hello I am Riitta Okkonen

My roots are from Tohmajärvi, Finland which I left 1981 to conquer restaurant business.
I've worked in multiple high-class restaurants in Finland and Mid-Europe.
I started working as a trainer and lecturer in 1999.
In addition to that I've studied in Finland as a nutrition expert
and done multiple courses about nutrition in Germany.
 
In my entrepreneurship I make use of my wide know-how with a creative and down to earth grip.Karelianness shows in me as positivity and curiosity for life. 

I want to improve and expand my knowledge even further.
